This is my first ever build on one of my favorite Gods. Granted, this is actually 3 separate versions of how I play Sylvanus. Essentially, the builds are all based around using auras to your advantage. Personally, I don't build much CDR on Sylvanus just because I think utility builds just work better overall.
The first build is my standard go-to build right now. It provides your team with 50 physical and 40 magical protections, a reduction in enemy physical power by 30, a good chunk of MP5 and HP5, and gives 10 penetration in an aura when you use your pull or ultimate. Unfortunately your passive and 1 do not proc the penetration. I've found this build to be quite tanky while providing a ton of usefulness in team fights. You may not do a ton of damage, but you allow your team to stay in the fight for quite a while. This build comes out costing 11950 gold.
The second build is basically the same, except I exchange Jade Emperor's Crown for Shogun's Kusari. You could change Stone of Binding but I have not had a chance to try that out yet. This build works well for when teams have 2 or more ADC/Basic Attack characters. For example, I used it recently with Ullr Mid/Freya ADC with great success. The extra 15% attack speed from Shogun's and the penetration from Stone of Binding (Or power reduction from Jade Emp. Crown) help wonderfully with the boxing. This is all with the same aura protections, MP5, and HP5 as the first build. This build is 500 gold cheaper at 11450.
The third build is a fun build as well. It is more based around healing and provides a bit of extra damage. When utilizing healing, it actually provides 20 more physical/magical protections to the people being healed than either of the other builds, plus around 100 extra magical power and 30% additional healing in combat. Of course this comes at a price, as the build costs 12550 gold.
Obviously, you could mix and match most of these items, but I really think Sylvanus should almost always utilize Traveler's Shoes, Sovereignty, Heartward Amulet, and Gauntlet of Thebes. However, it's easy to see the usefulness of Lotus Crown, Rod of Asclepius, and several other items given the right situation and what your team needs.
I hope you enjoy playing with these! Let me know what you think.
