At the start be very aggressive with out using ability.
If they push you back into tower make sure and try and flip them behind you into tower followed by a push back and even a slow if you have the ultimate.
This build will give you all around Ton of HP regen with a decent amount of Magic Power.
You will not one shot any one but the same goes for them not being able to one shot you. The longer the fight goes the better for you just make sure to keep in mind your throw into towers.
You can sub out a few of these but overall I like getting to almost 5k HP and a lot of magic power and regen.
