Ranked Joust Sylvanus

These are just some of my builds that I use with my team when we play ranked. Normally I have a Nox and a Neith to pair with, and we do some devastating damage when the combos are pulled off.

I almost always get Spirit Robe before building any other defenses in Ranked. Normally you are going to be going up against some hard CC opponents, that extra mitigation will save your skin.

I normally play pretty aggressively, Spectral Armor comes in handy with that fear and extra CCR. When feared, pull them and root them. It's normally always an assassin, and it pairs well with Mantle of Discord if they almost kill you. Almost like a double stun (even though it isn't)

Constantly keep your eyes on Oni Hunter's Garb, the big pushes rely on this when it's paired with Spirit Robe. Chances are it'll go off when you have them surrounding you BUT WAIT FOR IT TO WEAR OFF before you use your Ultimate. You want the effects of Oni Hunter's Garb to soak up that damamge before release your Wrath of Terra on them, they can't attack you when they are in the sky.

Soul Reaver is completely optional. I don't recommend using this unless you are building your Verdant Growth first. The extra mana is nice and it surprisingly does a noticeable amount of damage with Sylvanus. Pull them to your teammates after hitting them hard with it.

I cannot stress enough how badly Spirit Robe needs to be built in ranked. Almost every team relies on hard CC and this build not only makes you more tanky, but allows you get out of these stuns to make some plays.

Unless of course they have a Bacchus.. then you are screwed.
