While Divine ruin is a good overall item for its price, you dont need to build antiheal whenever the enemy team doesnt have any healing or not any impactful healing. If you feel like Divine ruin is unnecessary in a particular build, you should replace it with Spear or desolation.
Tahuti is a great last item and power spike. However,if you have troubles living in some teamfights, you can replace Tahuti with Mantle of discord or Etherial staff for more survivability.
Late game, sell your shoes for Mantle of discord, Etherial staff or Soul gem
