-I recommend that you always have a mana potion or two till you get Genji.
-I also recommend Medi over say teleport rune is because Medi will help you to stay alive at the beginning/middle of the game cause you can be a bit squishy to start off.

-You don't have to use these relics these are just the relics I recommend.
-Also I only recommend Cursed Ankh if you are facing an opponent(s) that are going heavy into lifesteal, but you may not need it if you build pest or maybe your team builds a lot of anti-heal so just watch/ask what your team is building before you grab it.

-This build lets you heal off of King's abilities but be warned King can eat through his mana really fast especially with both Soul Eater and The Breastplate of Valor with their cooldown reduction to start off. So I would recommend having at least a mana potion or two till you get Genji then I recommend you start warding.
-I recommend that before you upgrade Breastplate of Valor to Determination that you get Genji or at least get Spellbound Kusari (Tier 2 before Genji) before you upgrade to Determination
-Mythical mail is not in this build or situational items cause with the new buffs/nerfs and new items hi-rez has done mythical just doesn't cut it anymore in my opinion.
-Spectral can be good but with the nerf to it I would say you are better off just going Nemean than spectral.
