Look at getting picks with your ult and rotating more with the movement speed from your acorn.
You can use your ult to get out of ares and da ji ults then re-engage when their ults end.
When playing jungle you dont want to engage with the dash, 9 times out of 10 your 3, auto, 2 auto, will kill a squishy and then you dash away.
You want to play Rat well basically like a dirty rat player, get in poke get out, your stun is amazing setup for your mages and hunters and fluffy is useful in team-fights to reduce the protection of many at one time.

Pros:
Great mobility
Really strong early and mid game
Easy to play
Good pressure with semi global ult
Great engage and escape ability's
Great burst damage
Cute af
Cons:
Potential falls late game
Rat is a squishy god
Mana heavy abilitys
one item down on build because of acorn (but acorn do be OP)
Voice pack gets annoying (especially the new momo skin)

Basic attack dmg: 39 (+ 2.25) + 100% of Physical Power
progression: 1/0.5/0.5/1.25x damage and swing time, hitting in an AoE on the final blow
