Starter

Notes Manikin Mace won't give you the sustain that Death's Toll will, but he'll be really really strong. His autos will hit very very hard. Your clear will be quick as well because of your AoE autos. chalice/pots for sustain. Blink for aggression and engage, beads for safety, thorns for extra aggression.

Notes Ninja Tabi will proc Manikin more often so it's the obvious choice. Osiris can also use Warrior Tabi as well though, I believe it's personal preference. More pots for sustain or wards for vision/safety.

Notes Mystical Mail will help increase your clear and pressure potential. The tick damage is amazing for a god like Osiris because you can keep people close to you for that tick damage to become really effective.

Notes Runic Shield is great against magical solos especially on Osiris because he's really good at keeping people close to him and sticking to people. So it's effects won't go in vain.

Notes Pridwin is great because you ult into the whole team which makes you vulnerable. The extra slow from the ult creates better chase potential on top of all of your own slows. The CDR and prots are nice too.
Oni Hunter's Garb is a great item to slap on this guy because you can stack that passive so easily keeping people around you forever as well. The item makes you incredibly tanky and nearly unkillable.

Talisman of Energy is great for Osiris because it'll give you the fuel to keep the chase going. Prots and health and a passive giving you movement speed and attack speed.

Selling Starter

Notes Mantle of Discord is great for the CDR and all prots, and the passive has a lot to bring to the table as well. Giving you cc immunity and a 1 second stun.
Spirit Robe is great for CCR and CDR and all prots as well, but the passive is also really great giving 15% dam. mit. for 3 seconds after being hit with a hard cc.

Other Items to Consider

Osiris's Skill Order Notes I prefer to max my 1 because Osiris has AoE autos making his clear pretty decent. Maxing the 1 is crazy poke because it's on a low cooldown and does some decent damage early. But you can max your 2 for extra efficient clear.Put points into your ult when you can because of the crazy damage it has.

Targets are rooted for 0.4s during the attack. Enemy minions in the target area also take damage.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
