Chapter Title

The ultimate is usually used at the start of a fight. it greatly helps the team with the damage reduction and it does A LOT of damage.
the ultimate can also be used defensively, you reduce the enemy damage output by a lot and it gives you cc immunity.
dont throw your combo out wildly, because if someone runs at you when you are at your cooldowns there is really nothing you can do unless you can shadow step into an ally.

book of the dead is good for the book of thoth build if you want to be safer. it will give a giant shield.
Same goes for breastplate. breastplate is always a good buy with book of thoth because of the synergy and the cooldown.
Staff of myrdinn is really good on Nox. because you usually use your ultimate at the start of a fight, you then have 2 giant silences or a double root to help your adc or jungle kill them as nox is a more supportive god in high level play.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
