Another guide on here is called "Neith - The Physical Mage" and honestly that about sums it up. I find that Neith works best for me when I play her as I would a mage. Trying to be a basic attack monster with Neith just doesn't work well. Leave that to other carries like Ne Zha, Artemis, and Arachne. They have passives that lend themselves well to that type of build. Neith is much better suited to sit in the back hitting with skills and avoiding the mosh pit. That's why I have her built as physical damage and not crit/att sp. That's also why I use Titan's Bane instead of Voidblade, because I mostly avoid combat anyway and her ult will still benefit from the Titan's Bane if your target is on the other side of the map.
Be sure to kill minion waves to get stacks for Transcendence and gloves.
Deathbringer can be swapped out for Voidblade for extra physical protection and penetration or for Hydra's Lament for extra cd% bringing you to (slightly over) max cd% with still good basic attack damage. (All it will give you vs. having Jotunn's Wrath alone, is 1 second on regular skills and 7 seconds on ult.. Taking it from 67 second cool down to 60 second cool down.) [Not Recommended]
