Notes You wanna place ward at enemy jungle to see if the jungler ganks your lane. Abuse tele and ult to always be in lane and gain lead from farm. Make sure to maintain pressure but stay safe by dodging abilities and poking. Don't be afraid to just sit under tower but if the other player is holding wave just back or ask jungler to gank. Depending on the situation, if you aren't low on health just use your 1 to hit the wave and 2 to avoid slows when they are holding wave. A death can put you behind a lot more xp and gold than sitting under tower or backing. Remember, you are just trying to make it to the mid to late game.

Notes Look for picks late game and trying to solo objectives if you can. NEVER play back because you will just die try to dive backline whilst enemy frontline attacks. Always stay grouped in team fights to avoid dying easily. Use your 1 and 2 to initiate and 3 to escape unless you know your going to get the kill.

Extended Build

MERCURY SOLO TAKES A LOT OF SKILL SO DON'T BE SURPRISED IF YOUR FEEDING. I came across this and think it is actually viable if you don't need a tanky solo laner especially if the jungler is going hybrid or the supp is extra chunky.

Idk man it's Merc splitpush Solo, what more do you want me to comment on? I do think going Crit is unnecessary if you're just gonna PvE towers / pheonixes. Also would be better off going Beads + Blink.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods.
