Thats' too few items listed. For support you need more situationals listed.

Also health chalice tends to be a waste of gold on Supports. I would start blessing, tier 1 shoes, and 3 health and 3 multi pots.

You could go 3 health 3 multi but i think chalice and 5 health pots gives you the assurance you have sustain in lane and apply pressure till you can buy full boots.

You are right in the fact there could be more situational items, every match is diffirent but i think this setup will do well against most line ups.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
