Chapter Title

Both builds are good really, if you feel like you might be able to use some movement speed go with the Doom orb build. if you feel like you just wanna do more damage early game, go with build 1.
If you need anti-heal, swap spear of desolation with divine ruin.
All other optional items are viable and good. if you want one of them you should usually replace either spear of desolation or staff of myrdinn with them
If you suffer a lot from CC and just want some extra health, ethereal staff is a very good item
You DONT need chronos pendant because the passive gives you 10% cooldown reduction and so does the 500 purple potion later in the game. It's a waste of a buy.
I dont recommend book of thoth on isis because her early game excels and with book of thoth you kinda waste that.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
