Core Items

Notes After focusing it's up to you if you want to rush valor or get a tank item first

I often find myself getting a tank item to deal with the majority of the enemy teams damage

if they are all physical but my team is getting hurt a lot i take sov first otherwise valor.

Magical Defense

Notes Against magic heavy teams, I find myself building more defense mostly because mages tend to have more are skills that are a lot harder to dodge.

Talisman is my usual since I enjoy the speed it gives

Heartgard is a safer option if you need one.

Kusari is for when I sell my boots or have a lot of Attack speed reliant teammates.

Notes Ya got your tank good now get some damage for your team. tbh I'm not even certain of bind and mag to work well together but if they do hitting an enemy with a 3 and a 2 makes them very squish.

Notes It's hard to give one example since the build should be based on what your team needs and hat the enemy team does.

These are examples but based on my team I might not even do this.

Side Notes

The build is just deciding what tank items are best to handle the enemy teams' damage type while also helping out your teammates with your passive aura, cc, shields, and item buffs. Despite the fact that this is a tank build you're still an Isis and as such you are a huge threat to anyone who fears cc, this build just makes you harder to kill.

This is mostly just a build and not a guide or anything.
