If enemy team is tanky, replace Deathbringer or Serrated with DOMINANCE.

For hyper farming, replace Berserkers with Golden Blade.
However, late game I highly recommend replacing it with Berserkers.

Hi-rez’s goal was to make Berserkers Shield more of a defensive item than a power item and so they changed the Percentage Pen to HP5. However this pairs very well with Eye of the Jungle.
With Eye of the Jungle’s passive and Berserkers Shield, you get +45 HP5 while in the jungle, and on top of that you have 60 Physical protection AND 35% Attack Speed with just 2 items, making you incredibly difficult to bully in the jungle during the early game.
