Hou Yi fires a powerful shot that can ricochet off of walls. After firing, if this arrow bounces off of a wall it will travel 70 units from that point and gain +40% bonus damage to gods per bounce up to a maximum of 2 bounces. This arrow will stun if the target has Mark of the Golden Crow.

Mark of the Golden Crow

Hou Yi marks an enemy with Mark of the Golden Crow. Marked enemies take extra damage for every 10% of their missing health from Hou Yi's abilities and basic attacks. Also, marked enemies, including stealthed gods, are visible to Hou Yi on the minimap. The mark lasts for 10s.

Hou Yi launches into the air, and for a short time may target some distance away to quickly dive towards the ground damaging any enemies in the immediate area. If the target has Mark of the Golden Crow they are knocked back.

Hou Yi shoots nine arrows into the sky, striking one sun with each arrow. The nine suns come crashing down one by one, slowing and dealing damage in a target area over time. A target with Mark of the Golden Crow will have their movement speed slowed by an additional 20%.

Just one tipp... play aggressive if you really want to win, but dont be stupid. wait for good moments and then kill the enemies. In early game you can focus the supporter too, becuase he hasn't really much def items. You must start stacking so fast you can.

Nice build for hou yi!

Good build! Busy 1 thing, why wouldn't you level your 3. Good for escape.

Hi, thx for the guide. May be it is not bad for newbies, but still I'd like to note some things that I dont like here:
1) At 2 lvl it is better to level ur escape, cause it may save ur life after ur mistake. It happened to me so many times, when I began playing adc.
Still u may level 2 if u r expecting mistake from the enemy or going to be extremely agressive with sobek, for example.

2) I am not sure about ur first relic. Curses are for ur guardian. U need purification or invulnerability (depending in ur foes: ares and artemis - purification; hou yi and cabra - sanctuary)

3) Next thing is mana pot's. Hou Yi is not as greedy for mana as Anhur, but still requires it. If u will go on lane without mana pots, u may find ur self with little mana at lvl 5, when u will go for kills. I usually take 2 mana pots, it lets me spam my skills the way I want, so that i can dominate on the lane and harass.

4) your item build: U have nice attack speed with it, but u have very little power. Hou Yi depends on his skills. Using him without them is completely stupid. And when u have less power they r not quite effective.

5) Wind Demon. Nice new item, but u need it against healers. I reccomend builing deathbringer + malice (rage).
