Build Summary

Starter Items

Notes For Horus to heal to his maximum capacity, I feel like Benevolence is a MUST to pick up aa your starter item. Together with Glowing Emerald (for Gauntlet of Thebes) and some health and mana potions, you’re set (pun intended) to begin the game.

Notes This is my go to build. It gives proper healing capacity and, in the case of the enemy team getting anti-heal, it also provides decent protections. Overall, I like to play this build very much and hope to have inspired some of you to play Horus Support!

Core Items

Notes Although we’re all about them heals, picking up Gauntlet of Thebes is, to my personal opinion, important for your role as Support. Ot gives your allies great sustain, but also you. More sustain to help keep your allies alive! That’s a good thing, don’t you think?

That’s why Lotus Sickle is a great second item to pick up, as it gives any god healed by your ability extra protections. Including yourself. Besides the great passive, Lotus Sickle provides a great set of stats.

Third item has to be Caduceus Club. As I said, we’re all about them heals and Caduceus Club increases your heals with a whopping 30%, while also giving your allies CCR and Movement Speed. Together with the extra health and some decent Physical Power, Caduceus Club for me has a spot in the Core Items.

Fifth and Sixth Items

Notes If things are going well you can always choose to pick up a Damage Items as your 5th pick. According to your own preferences, one of these three items will benefit your play as a Horus Support.

Jotunn’s Wrath will give you some good damage, mana and a nice 20% CDR, together with the 10% from Lotus Sickle and 10% from Caduceus Club, you’ll max out your CDR and will he able to heal more and faster.

Frostbound will slow down your enemy which will open up the chance for your teammates to catch up and gank.

Runeforged will give your allies the chance to do more damage while you stun the enemy with your 2 and knockup with your 1.

The two hammers will give a nice boost in Health, which will benefit the healing done through Benevolence.

If things are going not so well, you could always pick up another defensive item. I personally like the four options I gave here, as they’re all functional in their own way.

For the sixth pick I tend to go for Fae-Blessed Hoops but any other item I selected could work, depending on the situation ofcourse.

Pick whatever feels right for you and the situation.
