After I tried out Smite recently, I went online to see what builds different players were using for different gods as I was trying out new gods. I saw that most websites and youtube channels had scraps of information and guides out there and that I had to do a lot of digging around to get enough information to l2p the game properly.
I decided to post the guides for each hero I've played here on Smitefire for the builds I enjoyed playing. This way, I don't have to go back and dig through videos or text to remember the builds I've played and you guys can have some builds to try out as well. I'll be giving credit to different players and their alias'es if I post a build that's identical to theirs.
NeroxWoW posted a casual video of him getting a good score with Bakasura in a pug game with his build on youtube. I liked it after I saw it and used it myself.

(WARNING - As of a recent patch increasing the cost of Hand of God, this starting build might only allow for 1 healing potion at lv 1.)
Start with Rank 1 Warrior Tabi, Hand of God and at least one healing potion.
Max Warrior tabi and then get and max Qin's Blades.
After getting Qin's Blade, check out what the enemy team is building. If you see enemies with defensive items or feel as though you need more armor penetration, get and max Titan's Bane.
After getting Rank 3 Titen's Bane or deciding on skipping it, get Rank 3 Frostbound Hammer.
Get Rank 3 Soul Eater and Rank 3 Death Eater.
If you didn't get Titan's bane, you can get it as a 6th item or any item of your choice if the game hasn't ended by then.
(WARNING - The buff locations have changed after a recent patch. Your jungle route may change or it may take longer than usual. Take this into consideration when choosing your skills, because you may decide to delay your first gank and allow yourself to have one point in Take Down later on instead of at lv 3.)
Get one point of Eat Minion at lv 1. Use Hand of God then auto attack the buff minion until you can finish it off with Eat minion after it drops below 33% health.
After eating the first small minion of the second camp, get one point in Butcher's Blades at lv 2 to help speed up your jungle killing.
Typically, at lv 3 you should get one point in Take Down to help you initiate ganks on the enemy sitting in the lanes while coming out of the jungle.
Max Butcher Blades first to maximize damage dealing potential.
Put points into your ultimate at lv 5 and whenever possible.
Get at least 2 more points into Eat Minion.
Decide whether or not if you want to max Eat Minion, max Take down or even alternate skill points into both skills until the end of the game.
Bakasura is one of the best junglers in the game and should always jungle if picked. He can also 2v2 in a side lane with a support laning partner if need be. Use Eat Minions in lanes to give you a movement speed buff when needed.
As you jungle, you will want to aim for getting the mana buff first and try for the health buff second. Attack damage buffs will really help out your damage dealing potential and give a boost to your ganking power. Speed buffs are also very good to travel fast within the jungle and roaming for ganks. It also makes your less dependent on Frostbound Hammer which is helpful if you decide to get Titan's Bane first and delay your Frostbound Hammer.
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
