Experimental Agni DOT build (Read Desc)

I am rather new here, and I am rather in the noobish area but Agni always bothered me as a god. he stuns ok but the damage output was always.. lacking.
and I am sure I am not the only one who thought this. then it happened, the latest patch and a new item that Proc's with DOT was born, Telk ring. so this is a build I am tweaking and perfecting to take advantage of Agni's loads of DOT.

I am currently testing it in bot games, with friends, and later in games of Joust and other games to see how it compares, and I wish to leave it here to see how it fares for the general public.
(load order isn't set in stone, and will be toyed with, but this is generally what works nicely with it so far)
here is a run down of how each item works in conjunction that I have noticed and tested:


Spear of Magus is good for DOT, and is stacked with Telk. Agni can keep laying on the Flaming goodness and lower Enemies for his 2 or 4.

Telkhine's Ring stacks 20 Magical power up to 3 times with ability use, as of the new patch this now Proc's with Damage Over Time and works VERY well with Spear of the Magus. still testing things but I think it even shred's someone's health faster Proc'ed (this part will be edited or corrected as I test it)

Shamans Ring is the Stack item that gives that Extra 10% of extra OOMPH to his abilities and basics, both vitally important for dealing damage, and setting up his passive.

Polynomicon adds 75% of your MP to your Basic Attacks for 8 Seconds, good for keeping up pressure (and getting health back) after using your abilities, and stacks well with Telk ring, and Shaman's ring. a Great way to Finish or (if your opponent lacks Protections) even Chunk your Opponents health. your Basics are important, and Agni has a decent natural attack Speed

Rod of Tahuti is there because it is Rod of Tahuti.. it is essentially the Damage icing on your Fiery Cake of Vengeance.

Demonic Grip is Optional Pen and Attack speed that you can use instead of Rod or Poly if you are facing something too tanky and need to run and gun. but this optional needs more testing.
