Gilgamesh's Basic Attack deals bonus damage equal to 2.5% of his Maximum Health to enemies hit. When Gilgamesh successfully hits an enemy with his Basic Attack the duration of this effect is extended for 0.8s, up to a maximum of 6s.

If the launched enemy hits the Winds of Shamash they are thrown toward the center of the ring. Minions hit by the launched enemy take bonus damage. Gods hit by the launched enemy take burst damage and are stunned.

If Gilgamesh damages an enemy trying to flee they are thrown back towards the center of the ring. The wind turns into thread over 6s, damaging and Rooting enemies who are still inside the ring.

Extended Build

This is a build I thought up one day. I though "Gilg's 1 is basically animosity, combine that with animosity to get more basic attack damage, go a health power build with toxic blade at the end and this could be stupid and fun" and boy was I ever right. I slapped just about anyone who came near me with the power of the sun, maybe even 2 suns. I was also able to tank pretty well with the almost 4k health late game.
