Use this set up against a physical opponent like a warrior. If your fellow solo laner is a guardian or mage, then work on purchasing a Oni Hunter's Garb or Shogun's Kasuri. Bluestone can be switched out a Warrior's Axe or even Death's Toll if you're feeling spicy. Consumables are up to preference. Teleport relic can be swapped for a blink, beads, or anything else depending on the opposing team's comp.

Healing Potion
Multi Potion
Heroic Teleport
For the final build, swap out Qin's Sais for a Nemeon Lion or a Shogun's Kasuri for extra tankiness. Form the build around the opposing team. If you want more protections early, purchase your Spirit Robe prior to the Golden Blade. Consumables are up to preference and the relics are changeable based on what you like as well.

Cu Chu's one is his best clear tool so purchasing it first is vital. Having the 2 is amazing so you can stay out of Berserk longer but maxing it should not be your priority. Maxing your 1 and 3 first is good before going to max your ult (4) and your 2 interchangeably.

Cu Chulainn is better played as a tanky character but adding in some attack speed makes him less of a damage sponge but much more fun to play. Utilizing the buffs from corrupted bluestone along with the attack speed from Berserker's Shield, Golden Blade, and Qin's Sais makes Cu Chu fun and hilarious to watch in his rage form. Having a Spirit Robe is great for balancing both your physical and magical protections out. It's passive also helps Cu Chu get out of those bad situations where CC's are everywhere. Although items like Qin's Sais take up space for more protections, you can always replace the item or other items with different pieces. Sacrificing attack speed for more health or protections is always good for a Solo laner. Have fun with it and always remember that metas and build change so feel free to change the build as you see fit as items recieve buffs and/or nerfs.

Bluestone > Sov > Glad > Oni's / Pesti > Spectral / Filler > Spirit Robe > Brooch/Corrupted would be a better, ideal build path for Solo.
If you really want to AA meme with him just go Corrupted, Zerk, Glad, Shogun's, Spectral, Spirit Robe/Pestilence
