Chang'e Build

Start

Notes Starting Chang'e in the jungle with bumba's will allow her to farm quicker, which she desperately needs in the early game and will provide a small bit of power for her start. Into the late game, this item will evolve into more damage, cooldown, and penetration. Lost Artifact is our first step to one of change's's most essential items being Chronos' pendant.

Core Build

Notes Here are the core items for this build. Chronos pendant gives chang'e the cool down and early game power she needs.
Spear of desolation gives her a power spike with penetration for her damage boost and the cooldown from its stats and passive really enhance chang'e's kill potential in the early to mid game.
Divine ruin also has tons of power and give good pen, but chang'e abuses this item well with her low cooldowns and built-in anti heal. Rod of tahuti gives chang'e some much needed damage boosts with the passive as her ult, 3, 1 combo should put enemies below half after the 3 allowing for the one deal the boosted 25% damage.
Doom orb gives chang'e raw power and movement speed. This enhances her jungle capabilities as the power and movement will allow her to chase and kill enemies much more efficiently. Bumba's spear gives her tons of damage from pen and power as well as maxing her Cooldown reduction.

Divine ruin subsitutions

Notes Polynomicon is actually pretty niche on chang'e but she abuses it well in the jungle. Due to low base damage her abilities can one shot with her core build, however poly adds extra security for enemies with sustain, protections, or those who use aegis properly. Polynomicon allows chang'e to ult, auto attack, and 1 for a kill. This preserves her 3 for sustain or anti heal. Polynomicon also gives chang'e better objective potential that assassins usually have covered with their basic attack damage. Polynomicon allows chang'e to add extra damage to her build that most assassins would have through their autos.
Spear of the Magus also is to be considered as the power competes with divine ruin and the passive allows for chang'e to have stronger one shot potential.
