Notes Relics are usually preference, but in this case I highly recommend you take Entangled Wings as a relic for Herc, as its the perfect way to setup your crowd control abilities.

You speed yourself and nearby teamates, and most importantly you root nearby enimes. This easily allows time to setup the pull and then pushback.

This is meant to be a fairly tanky build which utilizes its item passives to give a boost in protections with minimal impact to power.
Additionally, it takes advantage of Hercules' passive by allowing him to take heavy punishment in order to deal out additional damage.

Many different variations of this build are acceptable. Build order is not set in stone either, but these are my opinions as I see them.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
