On the solo lane as Chang'e, you can only really afford to have one item that does not provide any defense, and the additional movement speed provided by doom orb allows Chang'e to run rings around her opponent in the early stage of the game.

Shoes of focus are just required for keeping up Chang'e's movement speed on her passive as well as whittling down enemies.

Breast Plate of Valour is just standard for any solo 'nuff said.

The Eternal Staff works exceptionally well with Chang'e's poke playstyle.

Mantle of Discord can be swapped out for Spirit Robe if there is too much crowd control although quite a lot of this can be negated by Agis Amulate or Moonlit Waltz combined with the CDR from Eternal Staff.

Chang'e is uncompetitive and unimpactful, she is however the single most sustainable God in the Game and a heap load of fun. her abilities a designed for waging a war of attrition against your opponent.

She is consistently okay

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
