Playing with this build is rather easy so long as you can land Mummify. Landing Anubis' 2 is really the key to staying alive with him. Early game this build will be pretty weak, midgame is when the damage starts being at least usable in a team-fight. Late-game is when this build really takes off. If you can land a 2-3-1 combo you can solo anyone that isn't building tank items, even then most of them will die fairly quickly. This build also adds a very helpful aspect to team-fights in conquest to joust. The slow from his 3 and the life-steal will ensure you can always stay in the fight.
The only problem with this build is that it is sorely lacking protections.
