I personally like to go shell into mana pots, but if you'd like to use meditation into more consumables that's also ok. Once I hit level 12 I usually switch out my ward trinket for either heavenly wings for movement, or belt of frenzy for damage.
Sentinel's Gift
Cleric's Cloak
Chalice of Mana
Magic Shell
Vision Shard
Heavenly Wings
Belt of Frenzy
You want to rush cloak into thebes always, after you get those two items you can start worrying about buying anti heal and other protections. I typically buy anti heal third item since everyone has healing now o days, so I make sure to buy contagion if there's more physical enemies than magical, vise versa with pestilence. After I get my anti heal item, I get a cooldown protection item, so either regrowth or shoguns. Finally I buy either sovern or heart depending on the enemy teamcomp. For my last item it really depends, I build pridwen whenever I feel I need more cooldown, or lotus sickle/fae blessed hoops if I feel my heals need a little buff, but anything with cooldown as your final item is good.
Sentinel's Embrace
Prophetic Cloak
Gauntlet of Thebes
Contagion
Pestilence
Breastplate of Regrowth
Shogun's Kusari
Sovereignty
Heartward Amulet
Pridwen
Lotus Sickle
Fae-Blessed Hoops
This is a build example of what I would normally build going against a physical heavy enemy team.
Sentinel's Embrace
Prophetic Cloak
Gauntlet of Thebes
Contagion
Breastplate of Regrowth
Lotus Sickle
This is a build example of going up against a magic heavy enemy team, note I didn't build an anti heal item because in this scenario there isn't anyone with lifesteal, but you could easily replace shogun with pestilence if needed.
Sentinel's Embrace
Prophetic Cloak
Gauntlet of Thebes
Shogun's Kusari
Heartward Amulet
Fae-Blessed Hoops
You always want to max birds first since that's your main source of damage and healing, your kiss should be maxed second since it not only increases your movement speed, but is a major part of your two hit combo (kiss+birds). Your stomp should be maxed last since you only really use it whenever the person you are kissed to is in melee range of the enemy, you never want to stomp someone yourself unless you absolutely need them to get away from you. The main reason why you don't want to stomp people for extra damage is because it displaces the enemy, which makes it harder on your allies to keep consistent aim on said enemy.
