[*] Multi potion [*] because you want to have one consumable slot empty for your own potions. If you think you won't save your ability potions, you can buy mix of [*] Healing potion [*] and [*] Mana potion[*] .
When you get to the point when you don't need potion's buy [*] Ward instead.

Swap [*] Mage's blessing for [*] Typhon's Fang or [*] Charon's coin.
If you need more lifestal(sustain) build [*] Bancroft's talon and [*] Typhon's Fang as 5th and 6th item.
Buy [*] Elixir of speed then swap [*] Shoes of the magi for [*] Soul reaver or some of the situational items.

[*] Ethereal staff is great sustain item, if you feel like you need to live longer in fights, swap it with [*] Soul reaver
[*] Divine Ruin your only offensive anti-heal option. If they have heals, buy it as a 4-6th item, depending on situation.
[*] Rod of Tahuti is great item in squishy matches when enemy doesn't have tanky gods (hel as supp as example). You will find yourself fighting enemies under 50% HP. Swap it with [*] Soul reaver
[*] Book of the dead is great survival item. Since you got a lot of mana from [*] Book of Thoth, you can buy this instead of [*] Soul reaver and be less squishy.

[*] Bracer of Undoing is actually a great item that will protect you from burst dmg (loki, anubis). You need to keep in mind that it will help you only if used 5s after dmg was done.
[*] Phantom Veil pick this when facing heavy object-creating gods (Odin, Ymir, Thor).
[*] Belt of Frenzy allows you to be a little bit more agressive if you feel that [*] Aegis amulet or [*] Purification Beads aren't needed.
[*] Purification Beads always pick. This thing saves more lives than anything ingame.
[*] Aegis Amulet 2nd most used mage relic. Great for surviving, always pick.

Passive
Build up when cabin moves or when enemy is nearby. Try to keep moving, even just in lane to keep cabin on the move. Keep in mind when you play against her that you can scare the cabin away by just walking too close.

Good dmg, your wave clear, put 1 rank at beginning then focus on potions
2nd
More ranks = More ingredients, focus leveling potions on rank 3 then go back to leveling 1st
3rd
Escape ability and suprisingly good AoE dmg. Use it to escape/engage or simply when enemies are around you
Ultimate
You are not immortal inside your cabin, keep that in mind when engaging.
