Heya everyone
As a ranked X scylla player thats the build that will make sure you got top player dmg and an instakill ultimate everytime!!!
Unlimited mana enough penetration to cut through defences.
Additionally soul reaver provides the burst you need in a team fight!!!
I never really needed any lifesteal on scylla but an alternative is bankrofts talon that makes sure you ll get the win in a 1v1 boxing!

I really like your build, it is basically the standard for what mostly every mage gets, just enough power to get that kill and be extremely annoying to the enemy team. I wouldn't however prefer Spear of the Magus, since it doesn't give very much pen or power and its passive gets a little hard to stack on an enemy. You could go for a much better pen item such as the Spear of Desolation, especially since it got buffed. It also helps to get multiple kills, since its passive subtracts 1 second on everything on cooldown for even an assist, which is really good.
I have a question, I want to ask is which gamemode this build is for. I'm guessing Conquest, but it looks like something that could work really anywhere as long as you get the stacking part right.
