Error on win 64-please help

Hi, I recently installed win 7 64 on my desktop. At first Smite didnt work, i reinstalled it and then it worked. Now after closing the game and pc I tried to reopen it and it shows an error and doesnt run.
Failed to launch game Error detailsȘ System InvalidOperationException. Cannot start process D: (where the game is .exe win32=740 at HirezUtilitiesQProcessStart(StringappName.StringcmdLine, String workingDir,Boolean createSuspended)at$xe#KI,#ZW(string,String).
Sorry id dindt upload picture but all sites want no to make accounts.
Please help me.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
