I asume you mean if they have no protection items. Yes every god has some base protections. This is why flat pen is build against squishies since 50 pen doesn't help that much if the enemy has about 345 of them. Which is where % pen comes in.
never forget dawngate and never forgive EA. Freia will hunt them for eternity.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions.
