I don't know why, but I have this urge to play a game that has some kind of gambling mechanic in it. And I mean casino games. But I don't want straight off casino themed games. I mean like, some sort of RPG/TBS (Turn based strategy) etc. games that might have a gambling mechanic in it.
I know there are some but I can't really remember...

Do you mean something that is a fundamental, unavoidable game-play mechanic within the game? If so - Card games like Hearthstone have a considerable amount of luck/variance, which can lead to you completely gambling a game on a single RNG card.
If you mean an optional mechanic that isn't a focus of the game, the mystic toilet [forge] in Guild Wars 2 would possibly be the kind of thing you're looking for.
If you mean optional mini-game gambling things, I'm fairly certain there's an in-game casino in FF13-2.
But bar FF13-2, none of those are really "casino" themed, but they are gamble/luck based.
