I just wanna hear out what Smite players think off the two other big mobas and which is better.
In my opinion DotA 2 is better, but I am better at LoL, because it's easier ;)

No flaming plz, just opinions, we both know that neither of them are terrible and that Smite has taken a lot of inspiration from both!

I never tried LoL, but I did play DotA 2 for 2 matches, so I can't vote due to not enough expirence XD

Dota 2 is such a deep game, it's way amazing. I love it!

I'm just a bit upset, since some people in there thinks the game is the same thing as LoL... it's so much more difficult. I only recommend it for high skill-cap players.

An example:
There is no Recall. There are the teleport scrolls. If you want to buy stuff, you'll need to buy in the secret shop or in via Courier( ''Chicken'').

Fun fact: During LoL's beta, there originally wasn't a recall command. Much like DotA, you had to buy a consumable item (known in LoL as the Blue Pill) to warp back to base. This concept was later scrapped in favor of having a recall command that is available at all times.
Waiting on a good new MOBA, please.

I'd prefer dota 2, as League of legends is quite.. way too simplistic and commercial for me,

If you want a opinion-less educated comparisson ( especially for the ones who want to know which one would fit more to their gameplay)

dota for sure as its just more enjoyable for me to play I'm tired of LoL's community after only a few games and DOTA just gives you so much to explore despite how much I dislike that many champions being in games its just a great game. Although since I luv smite havent gotten to play that much Dota. In general I find LoL to ez.

I love dota for its heroes mostly. Viper and Leshrac are just so well designed.

im play a bit of lol and i played dota. i like lol better because its not so serious but they are both good games.
never forget dawngate and never forgive EA. Freia will hunt them for eternity.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
