Hi-Rez Studios is happy to announce that SMITE for Xbox One will be entering into Open Beta on July 8th, 2015. This will mean that every Xbox One user will be able to play SMITE for free directly through the Xbox Games Store or by visiting www.SmiteGame.com/Xbox.

All progress from the Closed Beta will be carried over to the Open Beta, so users that are already playing the game need not worry about losing their progress! SMITE players who wish to carry over select progress and purchased items from their PC accounts to Xbox One will be able to do so with a one-time Account Merge option. SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
