Is there a cap on Attack Speed, Lifesteal, critical strike and movement speed?

AS 2.5
Lifesteal 65%
Crit 80%
MS 1000

Every stat has a cap in smite :p

2.5 Attack speed? how does that work when most items give 10% or higher?

Items give you % of your base AS so lets say a god has 1.00 base AS so if you get an item that gives you 10% your AS will be increased by 0.10 bringing your total to 1.10 but if you were to buy another item this time that gives you 20% AS it will only increase your AS by 0.20 and not 0.22 as % is that of your base no increases due to items included (If this doesn't make sense I will try to explain again)

Cap is easy to find out actually, open the score screen and look under the "Physical", "Magical", "Defense" tabs etc. It will tell you how much you got out of the cap (In an "x/x" format)

Or in the guide builder, you can click on the stats button and it will show the caps also :D

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
