Pantheon: Japanese
Hunter
Ranged/Physical

Passive: Illuminate
Affects: Self

After Tsuki-yomi gets 5 consecutive basic attacks on an enemy, he becomes illuminous and gains increased attack speed and movement speed.

1st Ability: Strike of the Exalted
Type: Ranged, Line

Tsuki-yomi channels his rejection into a powerful shot. It also causes varied effects:
Enemy above 50% health: Decreased Damage.
Enemy below 50% health: Decreased Movement Speed.

2nd Ability: Right-Handed Mirror
Type: Debuff

Tsuki-yomi marks an enemy with his mirror, giving them a debuff. The amount of damage dealt by the enemy during the duration of the debuff will be dealt 50% back to the enemy.

3rd Ability: Gravity Hop
Type: Dash

Tsuki-yomi hops in any direction. If any enemy is targeting you at the time, they will be pushed the opposite direction you're going in, knocking up anyone who gets in their way.

Ultimate: Father and Son
Type: Target Location

Tsuki-yomi climbs a celestial ladder: when he reaches the top, he can summon Inazagi 5 times to a desired target location. Inazagi will send his fist down, stunning enemies momentarily and dealing damage.

However, if the celestial ladder is damaged enough, Tsuki-yomi will fall down, negating the ability.

Explanation

I wanted Tsuki-yomi to become the opposite of Amaterasu, yet have similarities.
His 1 ( based on how Amaterasu rejected him after he killed the Food Goddess ) is like Amaterasu's 1, but instead lowers the enemies stats.
His 2 ( based on an alternate creation story )is like Amaterasu's 2, but instead the more damage the enemy does, the more damage they take. You see where this is going.
His 3 is great when you're running away, because it can knock-up any enemy gods trying to team against you. And his 4 is great for finishing run-away enemies, since it stuns.
I feel like he should lack defense and power to make up for this.

Thank You!
