Shì shùn yí, God of telepotation (chinese)

IDK how to delete a post but this idea was dissed by all the people that i showed it to so it is no longer of any concern to me if this is a bad idea.

Okay so this is my idea:

Ability 1: Teleport 3 steps ahead and damage gods in the area.
Ability 2: Bring nearest god to you.
Ability 3: Teleport to the friendly god of your choice.
Ability 4: Teleport to Enemie Tower, Phoenix or titan

Passive: After teleporting, gain 10% of your health

So this post has some flaws, first of all it is very vague and basic, no information on the god or how things would work. Second this is a pretty poor god design, the have no cc, little damage, and no protection. What role would the fit? Are they magical or physical? Also, how far is 3 steps ahead? And the 3 is basically Athena's ult, and the Ultimate is suuuper op and would allow for the dumbest backdoor in the world.

im going to have to agree with m4xiimus here. without knowing the cool down of the ability's this could either be the most broken god ever or just plain confusing. 1 is he long range or close combat for basic attacks. 2.personally i like to have a basic idea of how a god looks so what does he look like. 3.for ability 3 is it an enemy or ally god?. finally another personal preference what is his lore or back story? just wondering. but yeah despite all that i find the idea interesting all it needs are a few tweaks, alterations and extra info and it could be quite good.
