Background: Striga is a type of mythological witch from ancient Roman times that stole the life force and youth from their victims.

Would branch from Cloak and Magi's Cloak into a fourth possible item choice.

Possible uses include:
+ Another Ares item :)
+ Great support choice.
+ Could be used as defensive item for junglers.

Passive: Basic attacks that Critical Hit stun enemies for .25 seconds when the enemies health is 25% or below. Additional Critical Hits refresh this effect.

Would branch from Hidden Dagger and Short Sword for a fifth Item choice.

Possible uses:
Frostbound Hammer alternative.
Critical Chance item choice.
Used for securing kills on high mobility gods(Chronos, Mercury, Medusa, Apollo, Etc), as well as Auto attack heavy assasins (Arachne, Bakasura, Awhilix, Etc.) and hunters (Artemis, Ullr, Rama, Etc).
