Lore: Plutus was the god of wealth and was the son of Demeter, the goddess of agriculture, who bore him after lying with the hero Iasion in a thrice-ploughed field. He was blinded by Zeus so he would distribute wealth indiscrimately and without favour towards the good or the virtuous
Having the control of wealth at his command, all of Plutus abilities beside ability 2 consume gold instead of mana. Additionally Plutus gains a higher GP5 as well as a gold increase in assists and kills.
GP5: 25
Gold bonus on assists/kills: 25%

ABILITY 1: Piggy bank bomb
Plutus tosses out a piggy bank filled with gold coins at a target location, exploding and spilling all the coins after 1.2 seconds, causing all enemies within range to be damaged. Enemies nearby marked with taxation will be taunted towards the bomb.
Damage type: Ground target
Damage: 65/130/195/260/325 (+60% of your magical power)
Plutus seeing the wealth of the people, decides to redistribute the wealth, marking all enemy targets in front of him with a taxation notification and causing tick damage for 2.4 seconds. Targets still within range when the duration expires suffer a gold penalty.
Damage type: Small Cone
Damage per tick: 20/25/30/35/40 (+15% of your magical power)
Having the power of wealth allows for extraordinary actions and as such Plutus's wealth can place significant influence even on enemies.
Plutus selects one enemy god globally and is marked with bribery. During this time the target is silenced and disarmed rendering it useless in combat. In exchange for this the target receives gold after the bribery effect expires
Appearance: The god was usually depicted as a boy holding a cornucopia filled with grain in the company of his mother Demeter. In sculpture he was often shown as an infant in the arms of either Eirene, the goddess of peace, or Tykhe, the goddess of fortune.
Other notes: Really thought about trying to make a new concept so i introduced the gold mechanic. The GP5 for conquest is 15GP5 just for info.
First of all, the gold costs are too low to even matter, and his increased gold pool will make him a billionaire 10 minutes in. Basically, you could have a completed build 15 minutes into the match. With the early completed build, the gold costs would not matter a single bit, especially the ult, he would never run out of gold to cast it with.
Secondly, his 2nd ability's cost is unreal. 110 mana is the average cost of an ult, and taking away 18 gold at max level? That's useless.
Once again, I'm going to mention the costs, they have virtually no cost. 35 gold is honestly a bad cost for something that deals damage.
TL;DR decrease the gold pool for the passive, increase the costs, and add mana costs.
Really unique idea with the gold cost, but again too op. I agree that you should lower the GP5 , but i think you should add mans cost to all of the ailities plus the gold cost. This way the abilities cost less to cast but they also need some gold to cast. Also he should have a lowish MP5 to go with the cheap mana cost. Other wise i really like this passive, cool idea.
