Ability 1: Water Blast
Oceanus shoots out sea water in front of him, all enemies in a path in front of him are damaged and slowed. Damage: 70/100/150/200/250(+50% magical power)
Slow: 20%/30%/40%/45%/50%
Cooldown: 7s
Ability 2: Crushing Waves
Oceanus summons crushing waves at the target location. The waves will also push all enemies to the centre. Damage: 85/110/160/220/250 (+100% magical power)
Cooldown: 10s
Ability 3: Blessing of the Sea
Oceanus increases nearby allies' and his movement speed while decreasing the enemies' movement speed. Enemies affected by Water Blast and Blessing of the Sea are also stunned.
Speed buff/debuff: 20%/30%/40%/45%/50%
Stun duration: 1.5s
Cooldown: 10s
Ultimate: Drown
Oceanus unleashes sea water in a cone in front of him, dealing damage to all enemies every 0.5s for 5s and crippling them. He can still move and is immune to crowd control during this 5s.
Damage per tick: 40/50/60/70/80 (+15% magical power)
Cooldown: 70s

Well, it's nice.This is the first god concept I've read and I'm not good with numbers but...anyway.
1)Change his passive.As a mage, he will be using abilities every time he has the chance.This means that Rise of the Sea will be useless 90% of the time.Maybe go something like this:
"Oceanus's abilites apply Rise of the Sea to enemies hit.He will deal more damage to enmeies, marked bt Rise of the Sea."
You figure out the math.As I said, I'm not good with numbers.
2)Crushing Waves seems copy-pasted from Poseidon's Whirlpool without the cripple.Unless it doesn't have a duration.Then it's fine but change the scaling. 100% magical power is just too much for a non-ultimate ability.
3)How can Blessing of the Sea stun enemies affected by Blessing of the Sea?
4)Drown needs the 100% magical power scaling.First: it's an ultimate.Second: he won't be able to use his other abilities.
Passive: So not casting as a caster helps you? Maybe you should get a buff after casting an ability?
Maybe even something like, every ability that hits drains protection or something
1: Seems like He Bo's 1 , but it also slows... So not sure, but actually, this provides him with nice waveclear :)
2: Sounds a bit OP... Could even be his ulti. Not many abilities instantly push enemies to a spot, only ares does that. Maybe this should be his ulti? Big raduis pulls enemies to the middle.
3: Basic buff, but 2 slows on a mage? It should apply a debuff to enemies that makes them take bonus damage,or something like that.
4: Ok so 40 damage every .5 second for 5 seconds is 400 , with almost no scaling...
200 damage is not a lot, and you have to constantly hit them for 5 seconds to deal just 400 damage?
You will probably die while channeling for 5s and then you would deal almost no damage.
No offence, BUT if you kinda change the 4 and 2 you could swap them, the 2 would then be his ulti and vice versa.

Oceanus summons crushing waves at the target location. The waves will also push all enemies to the centre instantly.
Damage: 30/60/100/140/160(+30% magical power)
Cooldown: 10s
Ability 3: Ocean Punch
Oceanus unleashes a heavy punch after a 1s delay. Damaging all enemies in the AOE.
If enemies are already slowed by Oceanus's Water Blast, they are also stunned.
Damage: 50/80/130/160/200 (+20% magical power)
Cooldown: 20/18/17/16/15s
Ultimate: Drown
Oceanus unleashes sea water in a cone in front of him, dealing damage to all enemies every 0.5s for 5s and crippling them. He can still move and is immune to CROWD CONTROL during this 5s.
Damage per tick: 45/55/70/80/90 (+20% magical power)
Cooldown: 70s
Some of Oceanus's kit is changed and his overall damage is reduced since he already
got a lot of crowd controls. His ultimate's damage is also incresed.
Could you tell us the crushing waves radius, it looks very OP.
Crushing waves could be instantly be paired up with
Anubis-Mummify, Death Gaze or Grasping Hands, Plague of Locusts
Ra-Searing Pain, Celestial Beam
It is to much like Ares's ultimate. Answer these questions for me:
How big is Crushing Waves's radius?
Does it take time to cast or is it instantaneous?
Can enemies escape out of it by using a dash, jump etc.?
It's ineffective against agesis right?
