My new pantheon idea is Australian Aboriginal. There are thousands of gods throught the many religions, lots would be good in smite.
Some examples and short summaries:
Gnowee: Solar goddess. Everyday she searches for her sun using her torch, the sun.
Thinan-Malkia: God of evil. He would capture people with his nets then eat them.
The Rainbow Serpent: God of all creation. Most famouse Aboriginal god ever, the only god that was recognised by all of the tribes.
Papinijuwara: The one eyed giant. Feeds on the dead and blood of the sick. He is seen as shooting stars.
Wuluwaid: Rain god. A ferryman he would take dead souls to the stars and brought rain to those in need.
I hope you like this idea, feel free to let me know if there are any gods you would like to see in the list and I will add them in.
I have come up with a basic outline of the gods above. I will soon start working on individual gods but for now here is what i have planned.
Gnowee: The Solar Goddess
Type: Ranged, Magical
Class: Mage
Passive: Searchlight - Gnowee can see the locations of all the enemy gods on the map.
Thinan-Malkia: Spirit of Evil
Type: Melee, Physical
Class: Assassin
Passive: Caught - Thinan-Malkia does 10% more damage against stunned enemies.
The Rainbow Serpent: God of all creation
Type: Melee, Magical
Class: Mage
Passive: Continental god - Rainbow serpent gets a 5% movement speed boost every 20 units when travelling straight. Returns to normal when you turn.
Papinijuwari: The one eyed giant
Type: Melee, Physical
Class: Warrior
Passive: Devourer of the dead - Papinijuwari heals himself 15% for every kill he makes and 5% for every assist.
Wuluwaid: The rainbringer
Type: Ranged, Physical
Class: Hunter
Passive: Ferry to the underworld - Wuluwaid respawns 10% sooner

Gnowee flies up into the sky and can choose to land anywhere on the map, but she only has 5 seconds to choose. When she lands she does damage and stuns enemies.
More pantheons are a good idea instead of putting all the gods of one pantheon Hi-Rez should focus on building respectable rosters of gods in many pantheons.

Title: Spirit of Evil

Type: Melee, Physical
Class: Assassin
Pros: High area damage
Passive: Caught - Thinan-Malkia does 10% more damage against stunned enemies
1st ability: Boomerang toss
Thinan-Malkia throws his boomerang, passing through and damaging all enemies in its path. On the way back any allies in its path are healed. If it hits no allies on the way back it heals Thinan-Malkia.
Damage: 50/100/150/200/250
Heal (allies): 25/75/125/175/225
Heal (Thinan-Malkia): 10% of his max health
Cooldown: 10s
Cost: 70/75/80/85/90
2nd ability: Net throw
Thinan-Malkia throws his net forward binding and stunning the first enemy it hits.
Stun: 1.5s
Cooldown: 10s
Cost: 80/85/90/95/100
3rd ability: Lunge
Thinan-Malkia lunges forward with his spear passing through minions but stopping at the first god hit, dealing damage.
Ultimate - Got ya
Thinan-Malkia casts a large net forward and all enemies caught within the radius are binded and stunned. Also Thinan-Malkia receives attack speed, movement speed and crit chance while enemies are caught in the net.
Stun: 2s + 0.5 for every other god
Attack speed %: 30/35/40/45/50
Movement speed %: 40/45/50/55/60
Crit chance %: 20/25/30/35/40
Buff duration: 6s
Cooldown: 90s
Cost: 100/105/110/115/120
