Whenever Famine strikes an enemy, he steals mana and life from the target. In Addition, his physical power is increased based on his life steal and his life steal restores a % of mana.
Steal: 10hp, 5mp.
Increase: .5 physical power per 1 life steal.
Mana Restore: 10% of life steal restores mana.

Famine holds the scales in front of him, condemning those in a line to starve. The wave deals damage to enemies, removes their hp5, and reduces their life steal.
Damage: 85/135/1185/235/285 + (40% of your Physical power)
Reduction: 5/10/15/20/25%
Cost: 50/55/60/65/70
Cooldown: 10s
2: Ration the Harvest:
Famine spreads out his Reaped Harvests, healing allies and himself, prioritizing himself first. This effect is strengthened based off of Famine’s Lifesteal. If Famine’s life is maxed by this effect, he gains an x increase to hp for x seconds.
Healing: 40/60/80/100/120 (+10% of your Physical power)

3: Rider of the Apocalypse:
Famine dashes forward, his sword and scales extended in alongside him. While dashing forward, he is controllable and deals damage if he charges into enemies with his sword, and slows enemies if he runs into them with his scale.
Sword Damage: 90/160/230/295/365 (+90% of your physical power)
Scale Slow: 10/15/20/25/30%
Duration: 4s
Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14
Cost: 65/70/75/80/85
4: Starvation!:
Famine commands the Earth itself to Starve his enemies in a radius around him. While in the Aura, enemies are snared and take damage. Famine, sensing the opportunity to even the scales, moves faster and gains increased life steal.
Radius: 20
Damage: 20/40/60/80/100 (+50% of physical power) per second.
Movement Speed: 25/35/45/55/55%
Lifesteal: 10/20/30/40/50%
That's the problem. Many would be upset. Heck Im a little upset when I see Artemis acting like a teen ****. As long as its done in a respectful manor then nobody should have a problem with it. If anything adding these figures helps spread knowledge of them.
