Mania, Queen of the insane

Role: Mage/Guardian

Passive: Derange
When Mania uses her abilities the world around her becomes more
insane. Every time she uses an ability she gains a +5% damage
buff for 60s, max 4 stacks, her ultimate buffs her for 120s.
Buffs are reset upon ability use.

1st: Crazy Wave
Mania sends forward a wave of insanity filling all enemies hit
with fear dealing 10/20/30/40/50(+20% Magical power) every .25s for
1s/1.25s/1.5s/1.75s/2s. Enemies hit are unable to heal for the duration.
Cooldown: 14s/13.5s/13s/12.5s/12s
Cost: 65/75/85/95/105
Line: 60ft


2nd: Take Flight
Mania begins to fly increasing her speed by 25%(+level). While
in flight Mania is immune to all cc except for silences and basic
attacks still slow.
Cooldown: 15s
Cost: 50/60/70/80/90
Duration: 4s

3rd: Psycho Bomb
Mania Detonates a chosen area in front of her dealing
80/110/140/170/200(+60% Magical Power) damage to all enemies hit
applying madness which forces enemies to attack each other.
Cooldown: 5s
Cost: 60/70/80/90/100
Radius: 15ft
Madness Damage: 40/50/60/70/80(+10% magical power) each hit
Madness Duration: 1s/1.1s/1.2s/1.3s/1.4s/1.5s

Ultimate: Mass Hysteria
Mania releases her insaneness in a cloud around her dealing
100//200/300/400/500(+30% magical power) and slowing all
enemies hit by 20% for 3s. This attack also applies madness
which forces enemies to attack each other.
Cooldown: 100s
Cost: 120
Radius: 30ft
Madness Damage: 56/67/78/89/100(+15% magical power) each hit
Madness Duration: .5s/1s/1.5s/2s/2.5s

This is a great idea. The only problem I see is her passive is too long and should be more in the 10 and 20 on ult.

interesting ideas and good choice of god, since mania isn't talked about very often. the idea of effecting enemies so they attack each other is particularly intriguing.

4 seconds of cc immunity on a ten second cooldown is straight broken though, that one ability is like greater sprint combined with beads on a ten secon cooldown and it would make her borderline unstoppable, catchable or killable
