This is a concept for Lugh an important deity, but I struggled to find a title, lots of sources said longhand/longarm, some said god of the sun, sky and storms, but here it is none the less...
Lugh: God of Skill
Type: Melee, Physical
Class: Assassin
Pros: High Single target damage
Passive: The Treasure Spears of Lugh - Lugh can cycle through his treasure spears, each with a different buff.
1. Sleg: Can attack all enemies in melee range
2. Gae Assail: Gains 10% penetration
3. Areadbhar: Applies a damage over time to enemies
Ability 1: Sling-Stone
Lugh fires off a stone using his sling shot, hitting a single enemy and stunning them
Damage: 50/100/150/200/250 + 10% of physical power
Stun: 1 second
Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80
Cooldown: 14 seconds
Ability 2: Aenbharr
Lugh mounts his horse Aenbharr, and gains movement speed and immunity to slows. Lugh may dismount early crippling enemies in the landing area
Movement speed buff: 20%
Cripple duration: 2 seconds
Duration: 3/3.5/4/4.5/5
Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100
Ability 3: Change spear
Lugh quickly draws the next spear in the cycle receiving a attack speed buff. Cycle: Sleg, Gae Assail, Areadbhar
Attack speed buff: 15%
Duration: 4/4.5/5/5.5/6
Mana Cost: 40/50/60/70/80
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Ultimate: Bloodthirsty Spear
Regardless of which spear he is holding Lugh buffs himself gaining movement speed, attack speed, crit chance, and lifesteal.
Movement speed: 20%
Atack Speed: 20%
Crit Chance: 20%
Lifesteal: 25%
Duration: 7 seconds
This is my kit for Lugh and I expect him to be one of the first Celtic gods to be added to SMITE in season 4.
