He's way too much like Thanatos. Seriously, his ult is basically Thanatos' ult without the execute aspect. He's not original at all. You basically took Thanatos' 3, changed his 2, and replaced his 1 with something very similar.
I can't give you good feedback on a god that already exists.
You could get by the fact that he's Christian by using the Greek Lucifer. Its more or less the same guy, the light bringer. He's a fallen angel, right hand of god (Zeus). It would be more accurate to make him a combination of Tyr and Thanatos. Lucifer was gods most powerful angel and a great sword fighter.
You copied his ult, buff, and his 1 is basically his 3 but hitting more times with some Nasus-esque stacking mechanic. I don't like it. His passive is also incredibly underwhelming. Literally just buy a Frostbound Hammer if you really want that. Also, a 1-second knock up for an Assassin? And immunity to physical damage? How about no. Seriously,complete immunity to physical damage? Most of the time you're diving their ADC as an assassin, and to have immunity to the person you're putting yourself at risk to kill is just too strong. Maybe change it to give his other abilities different effects. I understand where you're coming from and Lucifer is cool as hell, but he's too similar to Thanatos with his moves and his looks. Hi-Rez would get a ****ton of bad response if he was added for people complaining (including me) that he's too much like Than.
This is just an idea fore some of the skills Lucifer could have
Passive: Fallen's Rebellion it would act more or less like Zhong kui's demon bag only that it would add an effect on the minions called condemned. Stackable 9 times give's Lucifer 1/3 of the stack to his skill as extra damage which would then be depleted(so if he had 9 after 1 skill use he would have 6).
1 skill Chains of Torment Lucifer summons chains from Gehena(aka. Hell) which bind or hit the target depending on Fallen's Rebellion its range would be a little shorter than Ra's celestial beam and it would only effect 1 target.(if passive full binds the target if not hits them)
2 skill Astharoth Lucifer summons a demonic sword which starts condemning the target with each hit stackable 3 times for a 9% slow down.
3 Seraphs grace Lucifer gains his 6 wings back which give's him a speed boost and protection (each wing is depleted after 6 seconds which takes away the speed boost,after 3 wings the protection is no more and after 1 wing all of the bonuses stop.
4 Ultimate Morning star each enemy that has condemned is hit by demonic hands which draw the enemy slowly towards Lucifer lasts 15 to 30 seconds depending on Fallen's Rebellion

Um no, just no. Zeus didn't have a right hand "angel". He was the personification of the morning star, his greek name was Phosphorus. His latin name was Lucifer, but he has absolutely no connection to this Lucifer.
