Hydra will be the size of Fenrir when he is on all fours, but will have 5 heads and be a bit taller and bigger.


STATS
God(Speed):Hydra (370)
Health: 405 (+77 / 1945)
Mana: 220 (+37 / 960)
Attack Speed: 0.95 (+0.019 / 1.33)
Physical Protection: 13 (+2.8 / 69)
Magical Protection: 30 (+0 / 30)
Basic Attack Damage: 35 (+1.5 / 65)



Passive: Sacrificial Might:
For every 750 health that hydra sacrifices from "Sacrifice LIFE" she will gain 50 extra health and 5 magical protection (max. 5 stacks).
Active: Whenever a stack is gained, Hydra's NEXT ability will have 15% magical penetration and 3% magical lifesteal.



1: Lernean Flame:
Hydra throws a ball of FIRE at the enemy dealing 75/100/125/150/200 (+15% magical power)
Cost: 75/85/95/105/150
Cooldown: 15/14/12/11/8 seconds

2: Hydra's Bite:
Hydra bites the enemy god, APPLYING a 5/7/10/13/15% slow and granting her 2/5/7/10/13% magical lifesteal for the duration.
Cost: 80/85/95/110/140
Duration: .75/1/1.5/1.75/2 seconds
Cooldown: 18/15/15/14/12 seconds


3: Sacrifice Life:
Hydra sacrifices 50/75/100/200/250 health to do 50/75/125/250/300 damage to the enemy over 8/7/6/5/5 seconds. Using this ability will also remove one of hydra's 5 heads, once she is down to 2 heads, she cannot cast the ability until a head respawns.
Cost: 25/50/75/75/110
Head Respawn Time: 45/40/35/30/30 seconds
Cooldown: 19/18/17/16/15 seconds


ULTIMATE: Hydra's Flight:
Hydra gains full power, gaining wings for the duration and flying into the air becoming cc immune but still able to take ability damage. While she is in the air she is able to spit 1/1/2/2/3 balls of FIRE at the enemy dealing 100/150/200/250/300 damage for each ball. If an enemy is hit by every ball, a .2/.4/.6/.8/1 second stun is APPLIED.
Cost: 100/150/200/250/275
Cooldown: 120 seconds

A good concept but there are some things wrong with it.

1. There is a lot of improper grammar here, try to go through and fix that.

2. Try to think of more creative names, "Time to die" sounds like something an 8 year old made up.

3. Add how much damage the abilities do, we can't really judge the abilities if we can't see how much damage they do.

4. "Fear me" is EXTREMELY op! A silence for 10 seconds??? With damage?!?! This god would by far be the best Mage in the game and would be unbeatable in 1v1 with that ability.

Also, the passive is pretty useless and if it gained a head for every ability and it started with one head it would have 5 heads in the end. Start with 1 head + 4 abilities = 5 heads

I decided to make my own version as a possible change for hydra, because I like what you have started here and wanted to make my changes separately. There is a sticky called Information for God Idea Makers. I would recommend using the code listed in there for your abilities, and add the damages and cooldowns. Cheers.
