Passive - Fresh Light - Every crescent moon Khonsu restores balance to the land. After 5 basic attacks Khonsu forms a crescent moon, if Khonsu's next ability hits an ally it will heal them for 15% of their maximum health. Can only apply to one ally at a time and will focus the ally with the most health missing.

Ability 1 - Moon Burst
Passive - Moon Dust Enemies that get hit by the second explosion of Moon Burst get marked by Moon Dust and allies can basic attack them, absorb the debuff, and deal 20% magic damage based on the enemies maximum health. Only one enemy can be affected by this at a time.
Khonsu creates a circular explosion of moon energy in front of him dealing 90/110/130/150/160 (+40% magical power). After 2.5/2/1.75/1.5/1 seconds Moon Burst will explode again in the same area dealing 45/55/65/75/80 (20% magical power) and apply Moon Dust to enemies caught in the blast.
Mana Cost - 70/70/80/90/100
Cooldown - 10

This ability is made more for one god during the laning phase. Its Khonsu's main damage ability and can be used to give that little bit of extra damage to finish off very low enemies (e.x Neith's ultimate is not exceptionally strong at its first rank so if an enemy is marked by Moon Dust, it can give that extra damage boost to finish them off.)

Ability 2 - Extract
In a small area, Khonsu extracts the protections of any enemies caught in the area stealing 15/20/35/40/50 (20% of Khonsu's magical damage) and will split the protections in half with at least 2 nearby allies for 1/2/3/3.5/4 seconds.
(Now this ability is based off of Khonsu's lore where he would slay the king's enemies and give their innards for the kings to use)
Manacost - 80/80/90/100/110
Cooldown - 15

Khonsu would use this ability to engage. He would use his 2 ability, give protections to allies, steal enemy protections, use his 1 ability, and have allies use its passive to deal extra damage.

Ability 3 - New Night
Khonsu is constantly changing with each phase of the moon. For extra mana, during his Crescent moon phase every one of his ability will instantly apply Fresh Light to all allies in the abilities without having to charge it up. During his Full Moon phase Khonsu will gain 15/20/25/30/40 (plus 5% of magical damage) magic damage while he is in his full moon phase. All eneimes hit by his abilities will be slowed for 15% of his magical damage.
Manacost for crescent moon phase - 60/70/80/90/100
Manacost for full moon phase - 50/60/70/80/90
Cooldown - None when switching phases

I made this ability so kind of Khonsu's abilities do lots of damage but at high manacost.

Ultimate - Cover of night
Khonsu uses the power of the night to darken enemies vision 2/3/3.5/4/4.5 second. His allied also gain speed and magical or physical buffs for the duration. This will also disable any vision items (AKA wards, artemis traps, and any vision granting abilities of any kind. Except sentry wards unless they are revealed.). Once an enemy dies from an ally killing it, they will be granted full vision again.
Cost: 100/110/130/150/200
Cooldown: 90s

You could easily start fire giant without the enemy team knowing that you've started it before its too late or for team ganks.
