Keto, Greek goddess of Sea monsters, Sharks and Whales!

Keto the greek goddess of sea monsters and other scary sea creatures and mother of many sea monsters and scary sea creatures
Role: mage, ranged
Pros: Ranged attack, semi high damage
Cons: low defense

Weapon: A long staff that resembles a sea serpent and shoots out watery versions of sea monsters in a straight line

passive: Growing Stronger, Keto's mana cost is 10% less everytime she kills an enemy god for 10 sec

Skill 1: Shark Attack, Keto summons a shark to rise out of the ground in front of her dealing damage around it. (AoE) does 90/110/140/170/210 damage and costs 50/80/110/140/160/200

Skill 2: Ocean Monsters, Keto summons a random monster (Kraken, Sea Serpent, or Giant Shark) kraken will taunt enemies toward you, Sea serpent will move around slowing enemies down and Giant sharks will attack with you. Costs 50/70/80/90/100

Skill 3: Ocean Rapids, Keto creates a lane of water ant enemies caught in it will move randomly and be unable to attack for 2/2.5/3/4/5 sec. Costs 50/60/70/80/90

Ultimate: Rage of the Serpent: keto turns into a Sea serpent and will get +10% movement speed and will deal damage to anything you touch.

Interesting passive, s/he almost resembles poseidon a bit to much.

HOw much damage will ultimate do upon hit?

Skill 3: 5 seconds of no attacking? It will have to not be very wide and also be able to get out it!.

Skill 1: 40 Mana for 90 Damage... 100 mana for 210 damage?
Suggestion: Add 40 mana to each cost level

Skill 2: Kraken cannot "Summon enemies towards you" the correct term is: Kraken will taunt all nearby enemies.
Maybe add more detail about how the monsters act, how much damage, how long? , How much health?
