[Item Idea] - Breath of the gods

okay so this is just an idea, please help me shape it!
ACTIVE ITEM
Breath of the Gods:
Level 1:
-Cost: 250
-Details:
Passive:
+10 Magical protection
+5 Physical power
Active:
Summons a little idol figure of your god that will follow you mimic-ing your abilities with his having 75% less damage.Idol has 50% of your stats

CANNOT MIMIC ULTIMATE ABILITIES



Level 2:
-Cost: 900
-Details:
Passive:
+15 Magical protection
+10 Physical power
Active:
Summons a little idol figure of your god that will follow you mimic-ing your abilities with his having 65% less damage. Idol has 50% of your stats



Level 3:
-Cost: 1400
-Details:
Passive:
+20 Magical protection
+15 Physical power
Active:
Summons a little idol figure of your god that will follow you mimic-ing your abilities with his having 50% less damage. Idol has 50% of your stats

I like the idea of summoning something with an active item, but this minion doesn't do much for you nor has it a big lifetime

Okay so I finally found a idea!
Total rework

Why would you lose more health when leveling it up that would draw me away from the item or leveling it up.

losing health would draw me away from it anyways, 10% is a LOT, but not even that, but you don't wanna be punished just for owning an item :P

I'm just thinking 2 ymir ults... But how would something like a neith ult work? 2 arrows go out doing half the damage?

Perhaps it could NOT mimic ultimates? Otherwise I like the idea, maybe if it didnt cost you health, but instead it did something akin to Loki's decoy where it deals damage in an area around it upon being killed.

Hmmm, if it couldn't be used in ultimate, if it is hel? She couldn't change? And even if she couldn't she will be very powerful

What if they can't apply CC and are only able to use abilities 1-3 (except Hel's ult of course)
