HEIMDALLR
Heimdallr is The guardian of Aesir and Vanir, he looks after the world's bridge Bifrost. He is known for his incredible sight and fighting ability. His role is to keep in check the world's and to use the mighty Gjallarhorn to alarm every living being that the great Ragnarok is goin to start.
During the final fight he will kill the god that started the great war, Loki, dying in the process.

Pantheon: Norse
Role: Guardian
Type: Melee, Magical
Pros: High CC and survivability
Cons: Very Low Damage
Base Stats = Speed: 355 | Health: 500 (+110) | Mana: 190 (+35) | Attack Speed: 0.88 (+0.012) | P. Protection: 18 (+3) | M. Protection: 30 (+0.9) | Basic Damage: 35 (+1.25)

SKILL SET

Passive: All Seeing
Heimdallr is able to see all visible and invisible things around the whole universe. All stealth/invisible enemy is shown to him and in addition every enemy in a radius of 80 from him is shown on the minimap (even if behind a wall)
Note: i guess a 100 radius is like mercury’s ultimate, so a fifth shorter than that

First Ability: Gjallarhorn

Heimdallr uses his mighty Gjallarhorn to warn his teammates. For the next 5s a portion of the damage that allies in a 35 radius should take is redirected to Heimdallr (before applying defenses) as basic attack damage; Heimdall loses some of his Damage focusing more on defence. Additionally during this time everyone in his radius cannot receive critical damage.
Damage redirected: 10/20/30/40/50%
Power lost: 10/15/20/25/30%
Physical and Magical defence gain: 5/10/15/20/25%
Mana cost: 55/60/65/70/75
Cooldown: 13 seconds
Ability type: AOE
Note: the range is slightly bigger than Cabrakan passive, so you still should be pretty close to your ally, but not that close. The damage is counted always as a basic attack, even skill damage.

Second ability: This is Havud
Heimdallr prepares himself for a mighty swing of his Sword Havud channelling it every .5s for a maximum of 2 seconds, after that time he has 5s to hit one single enemy god with a basic attack with a slightly longer range damaging, stunning and leaving him dizzy from the hit.
Damage per .5s channel: 20/30/40/50/60 (+25% of your magical power)
Stun per .5s channel: .5s (for a total of 2s stun at max channel)
Intoxicate per .1s channel (applied after the stun) = .5s (for a total of 1s intoxicate after the stun)
Range: 16
Mana cost:50/55/60/65/70
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Ability type: single target melee attack
Note: during the channel if you use a basic attack you will trigger the ability; the range of the basic attack is the same at the longest melee attack range (awilix’s range)

Third ability: No need to rest
Heimdallr need not to rest since his stamina is incredibile. He will just brush the dust from his armor and heals a portion of the damage received in the last few seconds.

Damage healed: 60%
Time: 1/2/3/4/5s
Mana cost: 65/70/75/80/85
Cooldown: 13 seconds
Ability type: self healing

Note: this ability heals for the damage received BEFORE activating it, it’s an istant heal for damage previously received, kind of a combo with his 1, but more lategamewise since the time scale to the maximum only at max rank

Ultimate: Open Bifrost

Heimdallr trusts his sword in the ground opening the Bifrost and making everyone in his radius fall down, you ascend into the sky and in the next 2 seconds he can choose different target locations in a 500 radius where to send enemies and allies alike, while allies can choose were to land in the next 3s and are gently put on the ground enemies falls from th sky taking damage.

1 enemies: You can place him everywhere in a 500 radius
2 enemies: you create 2 groups and place them in 2 different locations in a 500 radius
3 enemies: you create 2 random groups, one of the enemies falls down directly where you used this skill, while you can place the other 2 groups in different locations in a 500 radius
4 enemies: you create 2 random groups (made of 2 gods each), you can place those 2 groups in different locations in a 250 radius
5 enemies: you create 2 random groups (made of 2 gods each), one of the enemies falls down directly where you used this skill, while you can place the other 2 groups in different locations in a 500 radius

Damage: 300/350/400/450/500 (+80% of your magical power) upon landing
Mana cost: 90/95/100/105/110
Cooldown: 100/90/80/70/60
Ability Type: AOE (35 radius)
Note: If anyone uses anything that clears CC they will just be put on the ground like with janus portal and do not take any damage at all.

FINAL NOTES
The concept of this god was about creating a true support god while not getting too far from the Lore that stays behind it, moreover Heimdall is my favorite godo f the Norse Patheon.
The first ability (obviously) is based on the use of his mighti Horn, the Gjallarhorn; in the legend it is meant to warn allo of the Asgard gods to the Ragnarok.
The second ability is simply a demonstration of his might, Heimdallr is feared as one of the strongest Gods, but since he is mostly a guardian this ability shows his strenght not trough damage but trough a CC.
The third ability is based on the fact that Heimdallr needs near to no rest, he almost never sleeps and heals fast from every wound.
The ultimate is simply the bifrost…nothing less nothing more-

This god has high HP value and strong CC to make him a valuable god even if he has near to 0 damage (the second skill has low dmg while the ultimate has some), the CC and first skill are mainly thought to aid your teammates like the ADC or a more squishy mage to continue fight for a longer time thus making more dmg as a whole for the team.

He should be built with almost only defence and HP items.
In Conquest i suggest Shoes of Focus, Sovereignity and Hearthward Amulet for defence/hp and an aura def for the team, than one item between Mantle of Discord or Spirit Robe: those 2 items gives round up defense for both physical and magical enemies and some cooldown reductions, while the first gives more defence and CD reductions, the secondi s more useful with an enemy team with high CC. The fourth item might be Gauntlet of Thebes for slighlty more hp and a buff on his heal (instead of healing for percentage of damage taken you will heal a bit more), while the last item is more situation, if the enmies has high magical damager you can go for Bulwark of Hope or Genji’s guard (for the CD), if enemies are stronger on the Physical side go for Brestplate of Valor or Spectral armor.

Polynomicon and Soul reaver will both proc on the second ability, but in my opinion it’s not worth to use those because that’s the only damagin ability, if you miss that you have no other way to use those items.

Thanks everyone for reading and every feedback is accepted, i know this work is not perfect and i am open to corrections :)
