Tezcatlipoca, god of the night. Will be a assasin/disabler god. ( melee ) He will be walking with dark colored stone ( obsidian ) armor, decorated with some mayan/aztec feathers and carvings. His arms will be a knife, made out of glowing obsidian as well. In his off-hand he will be wielding a smoking orb.

Lore:
A intelligent god with dark powers, the worst combination for someone powerful.

Being eternal rival to the god Quetzalcoatl, he wishes to consume the world and turn it into his own perfection. After showing his power to change all life. Tezcatlipoca, turned into a mirrored nightmare. Which will succeed, if not stopped soon.

As the legend has it, Tezcatlipoca was once a ruler of a prosperious city named Palenque. Well known for its sense of economy and military, Tezcatlipoca made it possible to know every move of other armies. The population of Palenque had nothing to complain, and felt superior among their race. While looking like "common" humans, the population of Palenque where ascendants of the god Tezcatlipoca himself. Having unique powers to see the future, and use advanced methods of survival. They where more advanced then anyone else.

Though, after years of improving their settled city. A vile plot among the other cities became the apocalypse of Palenque, the god Tezcatlipoca got betrayed by Quatzalcoatl. Creating a war which is still known today.

Legends tell that Tezcatlipoca's ascendants vanished among the skies. And that the city became a new home for many new other populations. Tezcatlipoca, once a beloved god. Turned evil among his kin. And is now hunting for his revenge, to the new god.

Base stats:

HP: 390 ( +10 each level ) Mana: 225 ( +20 each level )
Health regen:7 ( +0.5 each level ) Mana regen:3 ( +0.2 each level )

Magical Protection: 25
Physical Protection: 15
Magical power: 37 ( +2 each level )
Movement speed: 380
Attack/second: 0.9

`Unlike other assasin type gods, Tezcatlipoca is a magical melee one.

Abilities:

Passive: The obsidian blades of Tezcatlipoca have the ability to reduce the physical protection of a enemy with 6% every hit for 4 seconds ( doesn't stack but resets each hit made by Tezcatlipoca )

1.Infiltrate

'Tezcatlipoca uses his magical orb to teleport forward, its direction being unseen.

Range: 6/8/10/12/13 feet
Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds

Mana cost: 60/65/70/75/80

( when using skill 2 within 2 seconds after infiltrate, you will slow a enemy with 25%)

2. Sound of prosperity

Tezcatlipoca remembers the prosperity of Palenque. Making him remember the traumas and rage. Causing him to attack harder and faster.

Damage: 50/100/150/200/250
Attack speed %: 5/10/15/20/25

Mana cost: 80/85/90/95/100

Cooldown: 11 seconds

( When used within 2 seconds after the use of Infiltrate, it will slow the enemy with 25% )

3. Parrley

Tezcatlipoca throws her orb and knife to an enemy god, making him slowed and taking more damaged due the obsidian effect.

Slow %: 6/12/18/24/30%
Physical weakness %: 3/6/9/12/15

Mana cost: 90/95/100/105/110

Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10

4. Time Calendar

Tezcatlipoca's has teached his ascendants to show time on various stone carvings, but only the true god himself could get back/forward in time. With this power Tezcatlipoca's moves a bit back in time, to avoid the damage done.

Damage removed seconds ago: 1/2/3/4/5

Mana cost: 100/105/110/115/120

Cooldown: 120/100/90/80/60

Tactics & combo's

If Tezcatlipoca will ever be released ( hopes up! ), this is my vision of how to play him.

Tezcatlipoca is at its best in solo lane ( mid ). Though, he can take out tanks/supports to contribute in teamfights.

IF you want to attack one target ( he is single target attacker ). You use your Infiltrate, and then your Sound of prosperity. The enemy will be slowed and more vurnable, you attack him while he's trying to run away. When the slow of the combo is ended after 4 seconds, you can do your Parrley. and continue your chasing. IF played well with the correct items, your target will be dead.

While chasing you can be confronted with a damaging wave of minions, or a aiding enemy. If the chase succeeded or not, doesn't matter at that moment. In both situations you should do your 4 when taking heavy damage. So you can escape from a aftermath.

And calculate your attacks, Tezcatlipoca is very fragile!

His items should be with Mana regen and magical power, as his basic attacks/abilities depend on that. Some mana regen/mana + items will be necessary, due its low mana pool.

Feedback is welcome, Thanks for reading my guide!

Here's my opinion (ONLY MY OPINION)

Base stats : the health is kinda too low for assassin, it should be around 450 and the addition per level is very low. Mana addition is too low. Protections also have addition per level. And no gods have magical power base stats.

Passive : you said he is magical but it reduces physical.

Skill 1 : kinda useless increasing range. Just use the same range and change the slow to enemy around him with scaling

Skill 2 : okay

Skill 3 : we need other skill to farm as you said he is good mid. Think something that can easily clear minions

Ulti : okay
