God Idea: Kamaitachi, the Dust Devil Yokai

Pantheon: Japanese

Class: Assassin

Appearance: As commonly depicted in the lore, Kamaitachi appears as a weasel-like creature with very dark brown (bordering on black) fur. It's eyes are opaque and white. On it's front limbs are sickles that are black in color. Kamaitachi is never touching the ground, rather riding on a swirling dust devil. Kamaitachi attacks by swiping at enemies with it's front limb sickles.

Passive: Swirling Sand
Kamaitachi's dust devil pushes enemy minions away from it (Including summoned ones, Archer arrows will still hit Kamaitachi though).

1: Dust Devil
Kamaitachi releases a dust devil forward that deals damage and knocks up minions and enemy gods.
Type: Line
Damage: 50/100/150/200/250 (+60% of your physical power)
Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70
Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 Seconds
Size and Length: Hitbox is about as big as a Brute minion and travels about as far as Susano's 3

2: Wild Rush
Kamaitachi begins flying forward on it's dust devil at increased speed. While like this Kamaitachi cannot stop moving unless the right button is clicked (which will activate the cooldown early) and can't turn as quickly (you'll have to make a small half-circle to turn completely around). When using basic attacks, they become quarter-circle cones which change sides depending on what part of the chain Kamaitachi is in (I.E Left, Right, Left, Right so on and so forth).

Damage: +40 Ability damage to basic attack damage
Duration: 5 seconds
Speed Boost: +25 Movement Speed
Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Mana
Cooldown: 10 Seconds

3: Sickle Swipe
Kamaitachi swipes it's limb-sickles in front of it in a cone, dealing damage and inflicting Bleeding on enemy gods.

Damage: 170/220/270/320/370(+75% of Physical Power)
Bleed Damage Per Tick: 1/2/3/4/5
Bleed Duration: 2 Seconds
Mana Cost: 70 Mana
Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 Seconds
Size: Half the size of Susano's 2

4/Ult: Razor Wind
Kamaitachi becomes stationary and expands it's dust devil and begins swinging it's forelimbs around inside it, becoming a damaging tornado. When at max size Kamaitachi will then launch forward in whichever direction it is looking at for a distance. Enemy gods hit by the tornado are knocked up and afflicted by Bleeding.

Damage: 210/280/350/420/490 (+100% of your physical power)
Bleed Damage Per Tick: 3/4/5/6/7
Bleed Duration: 3 Seconds
Mana Cost: 100 Mana
Cooldown: 110 Seconds
Size and Distance: Around the same as Susano's ult (noticing a pattern here?)

Pros: High Mobility, Medium Area Damage

Cons: Frailer than glass, Hard CC gives time to wail on it

Conquest Role: Jungler (?)

Voice: Fairly high-pitched (not as high as Ratatoskr but still fairly high) with a sinister undertone.

Taunts: "You won't even feel your pain!" "I'll cut you to pieces!" "Hope you don't have allergies *chuckles*"

Jokes: "Eugh, I got sand in my eye!" "You spin me right round baby right round." "NO ONE gets to pet me!"

Animations:

Intro: Kamaitachi floats in on it's dust devil.

Out-of-battle Stance: Kamaitachi floats rather passively in it's dust devil.

In-battle Stance; Kamaitachi bears it's sickled frotn legs and gains a more menacing sneer.

Idle 1: Kamaitachi flips around once in the air.

Idle 2: Kamaitachi cleans it's fur.

Idle 3: Kamaitachi sharpens it's sickles with it's teeth.

Taunt: Kamaitachi snarls at the enemy.

Backing: Kamaitachi spins around to face the camera then slowly lifts into the sky before landing back at base.

Wave: Normal wave

Clap: Normal clap

Furious: Kamaitachi snarls and the fur on it's back stands up straight.

Dance: Air ballerina moves

Victory Animation: Kamaitachi chuckles evilly as minions fly around in a dust storm.

Defeat Animation: Kamaitachi tries to float on it's dust devil which starts spinning it around making it sick. The dust devil then disappears and Kamaitachi falls to the floor sick before tryign to float again.

Susano: "Still trying to convince yourself you're a good guy?"
Izanami: "Hey are you gonna keep those sickles?"

Sickled Winds: Turns Kamaitachi's fur to a light grey and gives it red eyes.
